The Olivia is inspired by my daughter and the original necklace starting our brand. The Olivia stands for embracing risk and being the brightest version of yourself. Dare to stand out a little bit and prepare for all the positive comments you'll receive!

Product care

Here are some easy suggestions to help look after your Olivia+me products and keep them looking great.

  • You can carefully spot clean this necklace with a jewellery cloth but do not wash or tumble dry it.
  • Do not let products come into contact with excessive water or moisture.
  • Store your jewellery in a closed box or pouch
  • Avoid spraying perfumes or moisturisers directly onto
    your jewellery as it can affect both the fibre and metal parts.

Product safety

At Olivia+me we love little ones. The more cuddles the better. But that also means little hands near your colourful jewellery. Don't worry, we thought about this!

All Olive+me necklaces are fastened with a magnetic clasp and will come undone when firmly pulled to ensure your and your little one's safety.

Delivery information

All pieces are handmade to order in our small studio on the edge of the Peak District
National Park.

You will receive a delivery confirmation upon ordering and we will send your product within 3-4 working days. 

Standard UK delivery – Free from £50.

Orders are sent through Royal Mail Tracked, First class or similar service and usually arrives in 2-5 working days.

EU/ International delivery

Prices will be calculated at checkout. You will be responsible for customs and import tax fees.

Returns

We accept returns on your Olivia+me products within 28 days of delivery. 

The returned product should be sent back in the same condition as you received it. All returned products will be thoroughly checked. They should be unused and packed in its original packaging.

​If a product is damaged when it arrives, we advise you to contact us immediately.

Please send us photos of the damage. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible. A replacement or a refund will be processed.

​When returning an item we advise you to send the product through a Tracked service. Unfortunately we won't be able to cover return postage costs.

​For international orders, you'll be responsible for the costs of the return as well as the additional costs such as VAT and import duties.
